Even seven miles away from The Loop downtown, Mom can’t pull in Chicago’s ABC or CBS on her new little HDTV or her new antenna. (A huge scheme to help the economy to make people buy things they really don’t need?) She doesn’t want to pay for cable. She likes things fine just the way they were.
Jupiter/Neptune, even Retrograde in Aquarius, indicate a terrific time to premiere a movie, debut a music video, launch a fundraising campaign for a good cause, debut new technology.
Money spent on and profits derived from from gas/oil concerns us. So does the promise of return on heavy investments in alternative fuels or in wind and solar. Countries like Germany were able to make the huge investment in widespread solar and wind when times were good. Coulda. Woulda. Shoulda.
Still, there are amazing breakthroughs in medicine and science. Aquarians are often The “Science Guys.” Like growing diamonds to replace silicone in computers and electric systems. And of course, the growing interest in new Tesla-inspired Zero Point Technologies, Magnetic Motors and the like, in which we don’t need to burn or pollute with fuel or pay a high utilities bill.
